fixstat potion from AG

I'm going to be fixing my stats on my capped dark elf sorcerer...when I get the potion from the guild how does it work? do I just drink it and I can adjust stats.. I have never done this or seen it done.. so id rather ask a stupid question then make a stupid mistake.. looking forward to any feedback regarding this. thank you.

I haven't used one myself, but I'm pretty sure you drink it, and it gives you a chance to fix your stats when you check-in at a local inn. It will also give you a fixskill, so if you've already got a fixskill, you'll want to burn that one first.
