Peddlin the old god auction camo belt.

a dark green interwoven belt.
The belt is constructed of interwoven plant fibers. Three large sunstones carved in the symbol of Phoen, the Sun God, are set into the fibers of the belt. Three of the sunstones glow faintly.

3x per day camo. Number of gems glowing tells how many charges available. Begins recharging soon as the first one is used.

Heh, I've owned that thing three times...got it from Lucos for like 20 or 22 mill about a year and change ago, then traded it to Nordred for very heavily crit padded hauberk, then traded the hauberk BACK for the belt...I forget who I sold it to after that. I think it was a rogue archer. That person turned around and sold it for 12m to Tsin.
