scroll holder and enhancive items

Greetings,

I'm looking for a scroll holder that I can use to invoke scrolls. Looking for something like this: https://gswiki.play.net/Chrysogon_codex However, I am open to anything that will grant a similar result. I don't really know what's available.

I learned the VERB Rummage. So I no longer needs a scroll holder unless the scroll holder bundles the scrolls into 1 item (if that's possible).

Also looking for items that have the following enhancives:

Stamina Recovery
Health Recovery
Mana Recovery

Max Stamina
Max Mana

Depends. I presently and using a +11 stamina recovery and have a +7 health recovery in waiting until I reach 56.
