How much life / stamina is recovered per ensorcel rank?

If I would have to guess I would say something like 2-4 stamina for each ensorcell, so t5 would be 10-20 and maybe 3-5 hp Per tier, with 15-25 at t5. I’d be very curious if someone had better numbers as well.
