Have a blessing scabbard that ran out of charges when I last had played ten or so years ago. It would grant 50 swings per activation and lasted a long time since I wasn't using it unless I had to like if I ran out of a bless in middle of hunt. No clue how many charges it had initially and no idea how to get it recharged. There was a merchant at EG recharging magicals but they told me they couldn't do these, so it still just sits in my locker. Pretty frustrating.

So yeah, I know, not much help to ya.
