One of those. You put coins into it and it animates the thing, has a little mechanical scene on top that does things. Enough coins go into it and it swaps to a new scene. You can put 50-250 coins(its random) into it every 30 seconds or so. If you keep doing it, it doesn't have the big animation, just says how you're adding more in. Once it hits 5k it can't hold anymore. You can then transport the silvers to a bank of your choice. I was told it was 3x daily, but never confirmed. It used to take a small amount for a deposit fee, but didn't appear to the last few times I used it, but it's possible I'm misremembering. Super easy item to script adding coins and then depositing them. I got the item for the Sanctum of Scales so I could keep my weight low. Neat little toy that is somewhat outdated what with weightless coin pouches.
