This is a tower shield, and in addition to having the breaking/deflecting inherent to all adamantine gear it also has zests, a weapon harness, and enhanvice properties.

"Currently you are able to use DROP, RUB (Get Weapon), TURN, COWER, and PUNCH/KILL/SLAP/BATTER on the adamantine greatshield. The size of the weapon that can be stored in the greatshield's harness is dependent on the size of the shield." ~ It also has a very nice show.

I’ll put it to you this way. I took my adamantine armor to 6x successfully with 303 wizard, 2x miu, 2x AS, 3x emc

I'll add to what megadeath posted and say that my level 97 hunting wizard was unsuccessful in enchanting the shield, so adamantine is definitely a difficult project
