From my observations, and forgive me if I'm wrong, but it appears to me he is script hunting. I'm on at all times of the day and night, and even at say 3am he is on hunting and won't respond. Any time I accident ewave him or catch him with a spell he logs instantly and depending on the time of day does not return for a while.
