Decided on a whim to check out how many accounts I had linked to one of my main email address....and I have a problem.


Inbox(126)

126 accounts.

One email address.

I know for a fact I have 1 more email with 40+ accounts
and at least 12 more with 2-5 accounts.


That is since 2004, which was preceeded by 6 years of playing with 5 accounts(i was young and just getting started)

Roughly 200 accounts in 13 years with NOTHING to show for it except some gear that lost all its value.

When you wanted to start a new character, did you just start a new account or something? How many have you had open at one time/do you have open now?

I only ever had 2 paying accounts and 2 F2P accounts, the paying ones are closed now.

I had a way to open 30 day trials before F2P, which allowed me to play for free(not using my credit card numbers)., I just lost access to each character after 30 days unless I paid. So most of these are below 20 trains and a variety of race/prof mixes. I only ever had 5 active accounts at once, and that was years ago. I mostly learned scripting with trash throw away accounts and had a few I enjoyed and kept alive over the years.
