On the first day of Empath Spectacular November (ESN), empaths have FINALLY realized how to be more careful and stay standing when healing leg wounds!
MECHANICS:

Ohhh man, this change sucks. The screaming and falling down never got old to me, I always lol'd even if I was the empath (but especially if I wasn't)

I always thought it was odd. What kind of idiot does something knowing they're going to lose a leg in the process and doesn't prepare for it leaving themselves to just fall to the ground?

Apparently every player ever who didn't bother to sit or lay before they transferred the wound.
