Unlocked Gnomish Lockpick Bracer with 4 unused festival found picks

Intricate gnomish craftsmanship is plainly evident in the design of this mechanical bracer, with tiny bronze gears and cogs inlaid within its entire structure. Small copper casings line the interior of the bracer, while leather-wrapped bands of steel are attached to tiny hinges allowing the bracer to be secured about the arm. A small red button is inserted into the underside of the bracer.
In the mechanical bracer you see a pearlescent vaalin sliver, a golvern-tined blackened fishbone, a pearlescent vaalin sliver and a pearlescent vaalin sliver.
You slide a pearlescent vaalin sliver from within one of the casings in your mechanical bracer.

You slide a pearlescent vaalin sliver into an empty casing in your mechanical bracer. A moment later the gears spring to life as the sliver disappears into the interior of the bracer.
It is unlocked to Tier 1, and can be unlocked again.
It can now hold up to 10 lockpicks, and can unlock boxes with
custom messaging.
You can now: WEAR, REMOVE, TURN, TICKLE, PUSH and SPIN.
