This is an off the shelf version and is not unlocked. You have to be at least 1x trained in stalk/hide for some of the scripts to work.
Depending on the unlock level, the cloak has chances to autohide you when you are attacked.

These sold for 7,500 bloodscrip for the off the shelf version.

That cloaks are supposed to be epic deep. I bout one, and rester fixed it up for me bringing it to 200 lbs capacity. There should be a post on the officials about assisting to get it fixed.

Thanks Pitcom. I'll double check, but I'm pretty sure when they fixed the capacity, they upped it from 100 lbs to 140 lbs.

Ok, just figured i'd put it out there. I bought a few unlocks for mine, not sure if that weighed into it, but he did take it and make it epic.
You estimate that a mithglin-buttoned billowing black greatcloak can store a gigantic amount with enough space for any number of items
