lich installation problem

Friend is trying to install Lich, they get error:

ERROR: Error installing cairo:invalid gem: tar is corrupt, name contains null byte in C:/Ruby200/lib/ruby/gems/2.0.0/cache/cairo-1.14.3-x86-mingw32.gem

Anyone have a fix? She's tried uninstalling/reinstalling about a dozen times.

guess she resolved it this morning, simply deleted the Cairo folder, ran Lich again and it reinstalled it and it worked. Thanks!
