Have 7x T1 fusion doubles that I'd like taken to 10x. I have the potions. Had a few other wizards assess them and I guess they're going to need someone who is a dedicated enchanter.

No one can? Or it's just extremely difficult? Even just from 7x-9x?

No one can. Pre temper potions only work up to 7x.

Just to clarify. Enchanting enhancives or empty fusion, as well as sanctified items, requires a "pre-temper" potion. While easily and readily available, they do not work on items that are 7x or higher. Although a wizard can read that the item is enchantable, there is currently no way to actually temper a fusion/enhancive/sanctified item once it is 7x.
Assuming some black and tan full leather can be tempered somehow...Unless you are horribly unlucky, you should have no trouble enchanting some black and tan full leather.
that's my 7x fusion full leather

Yeah it's annoying. I have an 8x item that I want to enchant but it's sanctified which has no benefit to me.
