Looking for a reputable enchanter to take some 2x HCP reinforced leather to 4x. After finished with the minor project, I will be looking to take some 5x DCP T2 doubles to 6x.
Preference to an enchanter who can perform both (placement on a list for the major acceptable), but I do need the 2x-4x project started asap.
