What would these two items be worth roughly in peoples opinions?

T5 7x 2 slot fusion longbow with heavy sighting

and

+18 mattock with 30 points of damage weighting and 10 points of critical weighting (not able to be ensorcelled nor enchanted by players).

The mattock is a potential project, not sure if its folly or if it would make a piece worth investing in.

Bow. Mattock is junk especially with those restrictions... not even perfect crafting.

Mattock is far from junk. Partial enchant and no forging bonus are a liability for making an uber project, sure, but it's plenty good as is. Not sure on value.

Also, the smithy opened like 3 days ago... how did you get 150 crit weighting services added already?

I was pricing a hypothetical 30/10 mattock. Also details forthcoming the mattock may be resistant to magic, IE immune to weapon fire or it may just be bugged.
