1625 flares + weighted weapon?

Anyone know if weapon bond flares can occur on weighted weapons with the recent change?

Supposedly yes, but the higher the weighting, the less powerful or frequent the flare

A GM said that the flares drop off as the weighting approaches heavy. I am not sure if that means they go away all together but as loxe said they are less powerful.

After heavy it's completely gone. At heavy I'm hearing 10 pt damage flares max.

I started a thread on the other forums to see what people were eyeing for their newly opened flare slot once they have HCW+ and stop seeing the guiding light flares. No telling when our next chance to add common or uncommon flares will be but there are at least a few decent ones on the list.
