Probably +20 and standard claidhmore weighting.

lol and I could barely give away my +18 one a couple of months ago. Grats, Pereus. =)

Because a couple months ago Simu wasn't actively trying to kill silvers. Holding onto silvers is like trying to hold onto burning embers right now, people are moving into tangibles that will retain it's value. Believe me, in 9 months this thing will sell for double.

a +17 sold for 22m last night, claids are back in style it seems

Has anyone determined if it's still 100% impossible to enchant claids with the changes?

My capped wizard enchanter pal tried on a glaes, gave him difficult but possible whatever that means. But I heard that the difficulties were stealth buffed considerably over the weekend.

Are these enchantable and flarable now?

From my understanding claid base isn't enchantable at all.

I wonder if you'll be able to PP enchant them now. Mmmmm 8x claid.

I thought that was the only way to do it.

It is and it is absurd expensive. Not even close worth doing.

You can probably have flares added, but they don't work over heavy so they'd never go off.

AFAIK that's only for temporary flares.

This isn't accurate. Permanent flares are fine, just temp flares will wear off if you have too much crit.

temp flares won't work over heavy. Perm flares should, right?

Perhaps. I think I saw somewhere else where they said adding flares to an already weighted weapon is a major win type deal though, so... We'll see then I guess.

Yea, I imagine it'd be super expensive on a claid.

You can't add flares to existing crit weighted shit unless from some big win. However, going the other way with flares first, you can add as much weighting as you want through the automated merchants.

All I'm saying is we need a claidh pattern to be introduced so someone can forge a perfect golvern claidhmore, get it enchanted to 10x, and then get banes and flares added to it. And then GS will shut down the next day because this is about 30 years into the future.

I heard you could make a claidhmore with weighting so heavy and flares so devastating that you don't even need to hit stuff with it. Just being in the same room as it kills critters.

No, that is called a bad burrito.

We should start a Scottish/Mexican fusion restaurant in LA. Wait no. A FOOD TRUCK.
It'd be like the rampage where you kill the murderous hipsters in GTA V, except you do the rampaging with a claidhmore wrapped in a soft tortilla.

That would be wicked badass. The imagery alone is getting me excited.

I added TD to a set of padded armor via DR certificate, should be the exact same thing with flares.

I know a post cap wizard who it told no go to for a claid. I'm going with still only doable with pp's. Unless you can enchant the steel ones at a huge failure rate.
