I was offered a 30 day free premium pass from an offer code. I played the game for 2 weeks and cancelled my subscription, to not be billed. Two weeks later I am charged for a bill to a game that I do not play nor value.

I deliberately canceled the account two weeks ago, yet they have charged me anyway. This is misdemeanor fraud.

Have you actually contacted Simu yet? Pretty sure Chris in billing, if he made a mistake, will refund you immediately. Mistakes happen and Simu being stuck in the late 90s as far as homebase ops go, it wouldn't surprise me if a mistake was made.
You've got a right to be upset, but the way that you've been flipping out is neither necessary nor beneficial to you. This is an extremely easy issue to handle, and will take you roughly 5-10 minutes of your day. Which is a good deal less than the amount of time and money you'd waste going to do whatever you're saying you're going to do.
