does increasing your dexterity reduce the round time of swinging and ambushing with a lance? If not what does? Other than haste and such?

Gotta hit 53 just to swing a lance in 5 seconds (without ambushing). I think at that point, your ambush RT with a lance should be 8. If you can get your AGI/DEX to 68, it'll be 7. A 68 AGI/DEX is only attainable by halflings, elves, and burghal gnomes without enhancives.
