How can you say that you are able to add padding with the DR bloodforge? Currently, TD occupies the same slot as padding. Nothing wyrom has said indicates that is going to change for this run.

He said the weighting/padding changes are going to be released all in one go, hence why there was a delay on the bloodforge. Obviously, people aren't going to weight or TD their shit before they know what the fuck is going on with the slotting changes, which would be a big de-motivator for doing DS for most people.
