Just curious but does anyone here lift weights? Need some advice on protein, namely which to take? thanks.

swallow instead of spit? but honestly just eating protein rich foods is good enough. You can only burn so much

I'm a fan of Isopure Zero when I am too busy to get my daily protein intake from whole foods. It's also a good vehicle for supplements and doesn't taste of chemicals. 210cals 50g protein 0 carbs (important as I'm keto).

You started off looking at a solid 7, maybe an 8. Then you lost all control and went full potato.

Little known fact:
Adding 1/4 cup of bleach to your protein shake will amplify the benefits. Make sure it's at least a 32 oz. shake so the bleach will be diluted enough to be harmless.
