flares safe to use everywhere

What are some of the flares that are safe to use in every hunting ground? I'm aware of acid as one, what are some of the others? I'm tempted to get a realm flaring staff for my wiz alt, but the cheapskate in me wants to just settle for an acid flaring staff or something.

Void(air) and Disruption flares should be safe.

It's easier to list the ones not safe. Fire and plasma are dangerous in the bowels. Lighting and the fully unlocked nervestaff flare is dangerous in Nelemar. Everything else is safe everywhere. Some work better than others.

No lightning anywhere near a griffin (Keen, OTF).

Fire flares are useless in most areas on Teras, and they might even heal some stuff like fire elementals. Healing your enemy probably falls under unsafe.

On that same note, cold flares do not do extra damage to most fire creatures on Teras, for whatever reason.

This is the case with most elements, which is really stupid and makes no sense.

If memory serves, storm giants (and any type of hag) and lightning are not a good mix.

Anything bad for acid flares? or void/air?

Nothing bad as in it hurts you, but there are some rare immunities to both.

Huge lava elementals and huge fire elementals in the Confluence are immune to acid.

Huge ice elementals in the Confluence are immune to air/void.

Possibly some other stuff I'm not aware of.

Nothing, to my knowledge, is immune to earth.
