Walls of golden sandstone and a golden sandstone floor covered by a spacious dark sable fur floor covering enclose this room. In one corner lies a tremendous satin covered featherbed, and near the featherbed sits a huge oak toy chest. Above an oak-mantled riverstone fireplace hangs an intricately carved jade mirror. The room holds a lingering scent of hot chocolate. You also see an ebon-hued leather chair that is facing the fireplace.

Someone give me an expected value, or what to ask for it?

A regular premium house? Is there a market for that?

It's not something that comes up often, I'd think. Most people who have them barely use them, seems like. But FWI is pretty full. Finding a home there is a pain in the ass, so that might add some value to it. If there are any special furnishings, that might be worth including in any sale. Worth noting, though, is that when you deed that fucker and hand it over, the facade will disappear. Custom interior stuff sticks, facade not so much.

From what I understand there's not an available lot in FWI anywhere. Hence the question of value. What's there is what's there, so I'd imagine there's nothing custom.
