1) Are they keeping to the idea that services do not make something account-bound?
2) Can the bane be added to existing +10 AS extraplanar bane?

If so, offering 75m for the creature bane slot.

and no it couldn't be added to an existing bane. Of course since they aren't being sold that doesn't help. Yes the person could technically have your item and have it done as it is a service. Once again not very helpful since neither are selling.
