Using crosscharcom to start sloot on the 2nd account possible?

So I want to be able to have my alts loot for skinning and not have to swap screens so I can type aloot,bloot,cloot. And either a b or c would loot critters in the room?

I don't have access to it now since I'm on vacation, but what you need to do is look at (what I believe) is the top part of the file where it looks for keywords to do various actions. Add a keyword for ; and then you'll be able to pass scripts to other characters.

You'll also need to look up the start-script syntax on the Lich API since it isn't used elsewhere in crosscharcom.
