The Bill of Rights applies to everyone who resides in the US. There are a few obvious rights that only citizens have- voting for example- but for the most part constitutional rights are ubiquitous.

This is why lower courts are often the butt of many jokes. If this ever reaches the supreme court they would smack that down so fast it would make that dumb court's collective head spin.

It's already illegal to sell guns to illegal aliens and that has never been challenged.

But if you want to find one that no court has ruled in favor of illegal aliens, and would quickly reach the supreme court if they did and would be smacked down faster than shit, the right to vote.

I think my point was, instead of raging about some mean words some randos on PC are posting, she would be better off focusing that energy on getting her brother legal status before it's too late. Those have been my thoughts lately as well. I don't hang around negative people in my personal life and this shouldn't be an exception.
