Flash artist?

I am looking for someone who is very good at flash and wants to make some extra cash doing work on the side.

I run a web developement team and our flash guy is moving to CA (big CS job) :( and so I need someone willing to do some flash work.

You must be good, I can find a billion 16 yr olds willing to learn how, and this is only when I need you, not steady income.

If you can do this let me know.

Also looking for people who do web design / graphics design willing to pick up extra work I can't do.
