Probably between those two. 7-8m would be my guess (and what I'd expect to pay)

I'd say at least 10m due to the demand for enchanted handwraps.

Yeah, not a lot of 7x UAC gear out there. I'd definitely price it higher than standard 7x gear.

I bought 8x gloves, blessable with a tier 3 for 20 million or so if that helps.

Last pair of 7x handwraps I bought, I had to spend like 12mil to convince the seller to part with them. If enchanters are looking for project pieces - blessable scripted (pocketed is always a plus) UAC gear is uncommon and very easy to sell. Quit enchanting all those damn mauls and lances!
