What merchant can unlock this stuff?

A couple of merchants have not been unable to unlock this for me. Does anyone know who can?

Unknown, however they have been experimenting with unlock certificates, but only on a couple scripts. I don't know if it's a sign of more to come or what, but it could be. I wouldn't be surprised if they start trying to come up with certs for Abandoned scripts, or start encouraging GM's to create automated mechanisms. That way, rather than a gm having to learn a script when another GM quits, they can just drop the unlock certs in the hopper at special events and let the community sort it out.

It might also just be that maintaining a list THAT long got to be too much for her.

Probably, they're going to have a new festival that costs $50 to enter and you'll get to unlock 3-5 things.

I'd speculate that those items aren't necessarily retired from the list but moreso that since Jainna was gone so long she hasn't asked/received permission yet for this year for how many unlockings she can do of other GM's scripts.
