scripting 101

i've only really ever tried scripting movement, and even then i never wrote the script, just recorded my movement in game.

is it difficult?

There's a sticky topic in this folder with every command you need to know. Then practice (preferably in near-private), and you'll get the hang of it.

I think if you want to script any kind of complex action (like hunting) you are going to need some kind of programming experience. if you have no idea how to program, scripting is going to be very difficult.
