It's for a low level Paladin. I guess Consecrate can be used?

Consecrate does not bless it, only adds blesses and plasma flares. I am sure there are some out there, just do not recall ever coming across one, but have a lance in a locker somewhere that is sanctified and has vacuum flares I think and is a little scripty. May have to go with another pole that is sanctified until you get 1625, that or hunt with an older cleric or someone in Voln, unless you are then problem solved.
