Sell to pawnshop not gemshop if you are getting that message. You should get under or near 35K.

If nothing else is on it, it probably is +1 to OHE ranks not bonus (which appraises for more, is costlier to recharge, but not really preferred among players due to the recharge cost and restriction on bonus). If you only saw +1, I assume you have 40 ranks in OHE as well.

An alternative is to give to a character with worse INF stat and/or less trading skill to see if the gemshop will take it.

But yea, if nothing else on it, it has low demand from the player market.

well it is a +1, 5 bonus and i don't ohe and the ai doesn't say anything at all about charges so i don't think it needs charges but i don't know if that matters i've been wearing it for weeks and it still does it.
