Phoenix hasn't popped yet. I had to update the code for these so you can attune to them on your own. Once you attune to it, it is permanent though.

Cool, I wonder if you can wear enough ambient scripty stuff so it'll trigger every couple of seconds. Would be a neat "fluff project".
