Anyone here lift? I'm curious what your routine is if you do? Particularly, the number of sets you do and the % of max load of weight for each set. I bench about 275 for 3 sets of 10 currently. Currently, working on pull-ups, I'm at 11. Pull-ups are fucking hard, but I've heard if you can't hit 20 you shouldn't consider yourself "in-shape" for your body type.
