Armored Evasion

Armored evasion according to GSwiki reduces action penalty from wearing armor to defend against maneuver attacks. But what if you're already wearing robes which have no action penalty?

Does training in armored evasion grant bonus maneuver defense beyond the action penalty of armor if your armor has no penalty to begin with? (Robes, triple dodge, evade mastery, self spelled minor elems and minor spirits)

I believe I confirmed armor evasion has no benefit when your AP is already zero

yeah the choices for a the light armor open combat archetype rogue are really nonsensical.

If you are a light armor rogue that hunts from the open, neither of the armor options make sense and most of the cmans are complete garbage.
