preferably 4x or better enchant, and padding should be somewhat or better.

TOJ's breastplate is 4x somewhat damage padded. It mainly sells for a million, or thereabouts.

Well technically, it was 897k on the Dhu. So close enough, unless you bought them off someone thereafter, that is.
