4100 Premium Points

If my math is right... looking to buy 4100 premium points (assuming 4120 rounds down to 4100). Also.. assuming bubble flares is a 600 cost

After talking with a game host and a GM, I might not need the PPs.. although likely it'd be a surcharge of 1200 point b/c of the bubble flares (Kind of disappointed and hoping this is incorrect although I could and probably will get an alter scroll and find out for sure from a premie guru).

That said.. if any reputable wizard has a major slot available for an 8x enchant and believe they can enchant a 7x, T2 ensorc blade to 8x then please let me know.

In the meanwhile, I'm going to get a scroll to see if a Sadie answers without a doubt if I'm needing 4100 or if it's going to be 4700 points instead.

Most who have gotten the potion are using it for their own personal project as far as I know. Outside of DR, you cannot get a chance at a guarantee 8x + potion and there for trying to find a mage who can and is willing to 8x your item will be a lot harder than you think.

600 pps for bubble flares. Only the complex scripts charge the 1200 ie voln/ithzir. I assume reim armor would fall into that category as well but I'm not positive.

Also, your item should only cost 3800 shouldn't it? 2800 base+600 script+400 ensorcell

I thought the formula is =1200+(400*(35-11)/5) which is 3120 then it +400 (t2 ensorc) and +600 for the bubble flares (god I'm hoping the confused staff was wrong on the 1200 charge.. honestly that doesn't make sense since I don't think bubble flares are that complex)

That's based off Premium 9 Base cost for enchants with starting enchants of +16 to +45 is: (1200 + (400 * ((current plus - 11) / 5)))

Wiki numbers have been accurate for all work I've had done in recent years.

Enchant 7x to 8x = 2800
Ensorcelled items for any enchanting, padding, or flaring service 200 point per tier surcharge

Functional Script Surcharges
Complex scripts include Ithziri armor, Voln armor, and NerveStaves and have a flat 1200 point complex script surcharge.
Everything else (functional) is considered simple and has a 600 point simple script surcharge.
