I got a 5x flared weapon I'm considering ensorcelling. This guy is willing to take it from T0->T5 for 15 mil flat, is that a good price? Also, how much would I lose off that 15 mil if I were to resell, just curious since I may sell it in the future for an upgrade.

The tough part about this is that the 15m you're going to spend is worth about 40x what the weapon is worth.

And when it comes to ensorcelling- you never get your silvers back. Buying an ensorcell costs more than you recoup upon selling the weapon. A 5x flaring, T5 weapon isn't going to sell for anywhere near 15m, for example.

This. I would suggest only ensorcelling something you truly intend to keep... or if you don't... only take it to T2 max. I think resell only comes into play for armor and it's rare I actually see anyone wanting to ensorcell their armor.

1.5M per necroweek seems a little high for a weapon in that category. I think the first couple casts at least can be done by sorcs in their 50's. However it's been a while since I was in the market.

I ensorcell all my armor and weapons.

While it's true you won't get the cost of ensorcelling back generally, it doesn't matter if you don't plan to ever sell it. Nobody will force you to sell something, so just don't accept an offer that'll make you lose silver. If a person wants it enough then they'll pay. More than likely a normal 5x T5 you'd take a loss reselling unless you own the sorc, but people know the cost to ensorcell so you'd get something for it.

You'll actually get any silver spent back in rare situations too. Item is uniquely desirable will get you more than you put into it. That will depend on how desirable the item is. I would never discuss cost of ensorcelling though, you'd get beat up on it, rather just set a price.

Interesting, did some digging and you guys are right, apparently a T1 or T2 is fine on a weapon, armor shields the higher the better due to the TD bonus. Cool cool, thanks guy.
