I think you are a bit under trained on most stuff, if you are 31 you should have 32 ranks (level 0 counts) in PT/AS....

Drop those 2 extra ranks in HP, you only get 2 mana for spending a bunch of TPs. HP is the one skill that should equal your level, and training above 31 will net just 1 mana per point. That 2 mana won't really help you, but those TPs can be put to use maxing out full 1x in MIU/AS/EMC/SMC, or bumping up your perception to get to the eventual goal of 1x in perception.

If you're in double leather, than 8 AU is fine, but it's pretty early for doubles if you don't have a sweet set to wear (or a helmet). You could drop down to 4 AU (Full Leather) and use the TPs elsewhere until you're higher level and see reason to upgrade to double leathers.
