Well, I can't figure how to make this attachment bigger and apologize in advance for the small thumbnail.

I have a 45 wiz/Ranger team that I hunt together. I've thought of fixskilling the wizard to ranged so the two can share arrows, but I also have a bunch of nice Two handers and Polearms sitting in lockers which would be good for the wizard also.

The image is a snip from my tsoran trainer. I have extra TP's and will probably put them into spell research though I do not have a good idea which spell circle I should concentrate on at this point. If I go with Polearm/THW I'll drop perception to 1x and put a bunch into cmans.

Looking for advice about either the ranged or melee builds.

Out of curiosity, what is tempting you to abandon pure on the Wizard? Just trying out something new, or other concerns?

I'm new to playing pures so I can hunt better with a "semi" build. I also thought the synergy with two ranged characters hunting together would work well and make gathering arrows less complicated. Celerity is pretty awesome for low RT's with big weapons or ranged.

Edit: He's also getting hurt bad by Trali in TI. 3 out of 4 hunts the only thing saving him is sign of staunching. He's in 4x full leather now. I was thinking that if I went with a warmage build I can put him in some of DR 6x double leather that I have.

The other build you can think about is UAC, my UAC wizard is in doubles, it gets annoying when celerity misses but it is a minor annoyance for how well the build works. I plan on moving him to LBP soon and seeing how that works.
