Feature concealer

I'm not even sure if these exist....? I'm looking for a stand alone hood, no cloak, that is a feature concealer. Let me know if you might have something or if I'm searching in vain.

I have a scarf, not sure about the alter rules maybe it can be made into a hood? i'd have to check.
