Just your latest!
I love seeing new alterations. I havn't been in the lands for 11 years and went to Shahno this morning. I'm surprised people didn't show off their alteration. It used to be a thing. Now people don't seem to be interested in demanding the latest pick show off their item.
Here's my first alteration in 11 years! It was going to be, a leather messenger's pouch, like on Tonis, but the GM had to put in a request to see if it was okay, since it was in the official documentation of Tonis. So I am waiting to see if it will be changed.
a leather shoulder-slung bag
Crafted of blue leather, the bag is lined with mottled gold spidersilk dyed a mixed cloudy pattern of saffron, turmeric and sky blue. The latch is decorated with a two-layered lapis lazuli cameo, depicting the handsome lazulite gold-flecked face of Tonis, the King of Thieves. Carved from a single stone, the Arkati is designed to artfully emerge from a background of white calcite.

a macabre bone-strung gown - Layered over cured hide and held together by sinew and thread, the gown has been fashioned from strung-together animal bones of varied sizes and types, a macabre display from neck to ankle. Fitted across the chest is a corset, crafted from what appear to be two severed craniums, assorted scapula, and pelvic bones, and has been crudely painted in abstract designs from dried mud and blood.

A featureless bone mask - Yellowed with age and crude in appearance, the mask is seemingly constructed from the sheared off front of the skull of some unknown humanoid. Bereft of any obvious features such as mouth or nose, the mask is a featureless plain of bone, aside from the sockets. Thick bone ridges edge a pair of gaping eye sockets, lending a menacing air to the mask.

a cat-riding gnome costume - Fashioned into a single garment, the top half is designed to look like a burghal gnome with stuffed fake tiny stubby legs extending out to either side. From the waist down, the outfit is fashioned to resemble a large cat's legs. A fake front half of a cat, fashioned from tiger skin dyed a bright pink, completes the gnome riding a cat illusion.

gold leather pegasi-buckled belt
>L BELT
Two sinister looking rampant pegasi spread their wings curvaceously to form the hefty and ornate brass belt buckle of this golden leather belt. Their slender legs are graced with tiny lapis-inset hooves wreathed in copper flames. Silvery pewter clouds coil sinuously in the background, ebbing away into a dagger pattern, stamped along the borders of the belt itself.
a hooded gold soutached burnoose
>l burn
Elegantly spiraling thick gold soutache embroidery creates cloud like formations along the hood. The clouds descend towards the back into elaborately bejewelled gold wings that sharply curve around the burnoose. A spiraling pattern of designs along the hem terminates in a golden pegasus clasp at the shoulder.
I abused all of my Whax deepening tickets on it....

a black cloak crafted from vruul skin
The cloak is currently hooded with the following custom hood: mithril-edged black mask and hood.
The cloak currently has the following for custom fastenings: mithril chain suspended between twin dragon penannular insignia.
The cloak currently has the following for custom pockets: a small mithril-clasped pocket (a small pocket), a large double-reinforced utility pocket (a large pocket), mithril-capped black leather sheaths (small scabbards), mithril-bound black leather slings (weapon loops), large double-reinforced pouches (large pouches), and dark cerulean velvet-lined pouches (small pouches).
I stole the custom stuff from somewhere on these boards, I needed it fast and liked these.

a tower-crested cobalt blue greatshield
This greatshield is simple in its decoration and design. Seated at the apex is an in-relief armet plumed with a blue and silver crest. Centered on the vivid cobalt blue field is a single granite grey crenulated tower. Modest argent scrollwork edges each of the tapering sides. On the reverse of the greatshield, a complex webbing of oiled leather straps and polished buckles forms an intricate arm harness. The straps are arranged in a pattern that appears able to secure a weapon within.
Stuck diagonally through the complex webbing is a fel-hafted rolaren toporok.
The bold is the actual alter, the rest is because it's one of those hold your weapon shields. It's my real life family crest.

Sweet, man. Nice family crest. The family crest on my English side is totally lame!
Three circles in a triangle arrangement.
Doesn't exactly inspire...
