The training spreadsheet has been updated to work with newer versions of Microsoft Excel. I have also updated the Combat Maneuvers worksheet to include newer maneuvers and fixed the old krakiipedia links to gswiki. I plan to continue updating now that the sheet works with more modern versions of Excel. The newest version can always be found on GSGuide: http://gsguide.wikia.com/wiki/Training_Spreadsheet

I am aware that Hymore has created a GUI trainer. Some people have said they still prefer the spreadsheet. It does have some functionality the GUI is still lacking. In addition it is much easier and less time consuming to make adjustments to. I encourage people to use whichever they prefer or both. Until such a time as I feel that no one is using the spreadsheet or I discontinue my subscription I will continue to update it.

More updates will be forthcoming soon. Please let me know if you have any specific requests for features or changes.

Uploading an xlsm via google sheets will destroy macros. Sadly. I found using the GS wiki and attaching it as a file works much better

Any chance this update adds runestaff DS, corrected CS equations, or armor skills?

Eww yeah I should have tested that. I'll upload a better version tomorrow. I have the updates saved on my work PC. Sorry about that guys. As for your questions Ax I can start working on those things. I was planning on armor skills next.

Any changes in underlying VBA, or just the bug fixes/updates?

Awesome! The CS is usually within 1-3 points (for me) so it usually gives me a good idea, the runestaff DS is a wild guess and it'd be helpful to know when planning hunting grounds. Thanks for the hard work on this.

Unfortunately the file is too large to attach to the wiki so I am going to have to find another solution. Thus far I've just been making bug fixes without updates to the underlying VBA. I can't take credit for the sheet working with newer version of Excel now. Microsoft just fixed whatever problem the macros were having.

I uploaded it onto my google drive and shared it from there. If you download the file it keeps the macros intact.

Send it over to me, I'll take a look on opportunities for compression

Check the patch notes on gsguide... I've assisted before in VB optimization.

You should be able to download the full sheet at the link from my google drive now. If you can find any way to get it to fit on the wiki that would be better obviously.

Reverted to an XLS in the latest link? Seems to work

I'll see if I can consolidate and whittle down the VB or consolidate some horribly written auto-formatting rules

Is there a concise list of all formulas someone could obtain without needing to find them all one-by-one? Or would someone just have to take them out of the spreadsheet?

Seems like it's 2017 and having an an app/executable that doesn't rely on Excel might be easier across the board, and easier to maintain/update in the long run.

Any interest in this, or would i just be wasting my time?

Literally the first post on the thread.

So you're saying it's a waste of time....

Just kidding.

I though the link was to another spreadsheet, I didn't read it close at all.

Fair enough!

I probably should update that first post to explain more about the planner. I get to that later this week.
