Our next event is on the calendar. I know it's a month away but I wanted to give people plenty of time to prepare.
Pet Pageant
When: Sunday 11th June, 2pm – 3pm
Where: Ebonstone Manor, Sprawling Lawn
Description: Join House Sylvanfair for an afternoon of fun and frolics with our furry and feathered friends. Everyone will have three minutes to show off their pets’ talents to win a box of goodies. Don’t forget to pick up your collectible charm or game (see HERE (http://forum.gsplayers.com/showthread.php?106481-Something-new-for-House-Sylvanfair-in-2017)or our GS Wiki page for more details) and there will also be a raffle to win a very special treat pouch!
OOC: Show us what your Animal Companions, Familiars, Duskruin Rats, Dhu Kittens etc. can do through the use of interactive verbs, ACT and SMILE. Additional awards will be given for appearance, talent, obedience, and ingenuity.
I've requested a couple of simple props to be placed on the Lawn for people to have their pets interact with if they wish:
1. a large steel hoop on a tripod stand
2. a low-set hurdle made from thin oak struts
3. a triple-ledged modwir perch strung with small bells
Hopefully they'll be approved! Participants are welcome to bring their own props too.
