The limitation of having one major project at a time, how does that work?

Can I only be tempering one major project at a time? Or is there some delay between casts?

only be working on one major enchant period, so as soon as you do a pour on one, you wont be able to do another until that is finished

You can pour to your hearts content, but all your major pours will fail until you've completed the major, or untempered it.
