So I'm sitting on a bubble flares cert, and I'm having some second thoughts about using it. If anyone is super gungho about it, drop me a line.
I can do trades or maybe bloodscrip. Possibly silvers, but that's less compelling.
If nothing magic shows up, I'll keep it. But if someone is really wanting one but doesn't want to pay 78k bloodscrip, we may be able to work something out.
