In the Common language, it reads:
The bearer of this award is entitled to have a single enchant (+5) added to an eligible item (7x and under) of their choice. Some items may be ineligible due to their current properties. In order to redeem this certificate, you must send a message (email) to GS4-WYROM@play.net with the item you'd like this added to, as well as a time frame to meet you. You have until one week after the Duskruin event closes to redeem this award or it is forfeit! No exceptions!
