Are these dropping somewhere at the moment or you mean in the future if they do at some other event?

SPOILERS

The weapon itself has several bonding tiers, we'll call them affinity tiers. The weapon has 3 unlock points, each will allow for a a higher tier of affinity.

The weapon costs blood to summon. The weapon has a blood upkeep. After around 30 minutes the weapon will go into a dormant state and require a blood infusion to restore its power.

Blood is the currency that this weapon requires to further its bond and use its power.

The base weapon will start at 4x.

The weapon is held weightlessly within the host item and it stores any lightening done to the weapon.

Lets talk abilities!

The standard weapon will have a form of slashing flares known as blood flares. This will cost health every time they flare. These can be turned on and off and will grow in strength as your bond does.

While bonding to your weapon, the weapon will fight its owner until they reach a certain affinity. This comes in the form of a "retaliation" flare. This can happen rarely on attack.

After reaching a certain affinity, the weapon gains the ability known as parasitic bond. This will allow you to trigger the weapon to draw health from your living enemies upon attack based on the damage dealt. This will have a short reuse period. The weapon can also learn at a higher affinity to do this automatically when the wielders health is below a certain threshold. This has a longer reuse period. This ability grows in power as your affinity does.

At the max affinity the weapons gain the ability to call upon the ability known as the perfect host. This boosts the wielders strength, con, dex, AS, DS, and damage padding by a factor of 10. This will have a longer cooldown.

If someone who isn't the owner attempts to wield the weapon, they will have a very bad time.

In the hands of a monk using UAC, I can see this being amazingly OP.
