Sanctified tower shield with weapon holder

Any sanctified tower shields with the webbing in back that holds a weapon available?

never understood why people want that harness on their shields, doesn't it take up both the primary and script slots?

I want it because I'm going to be using an ohb and I don't want to use a cloak, backpack, harness, sheath, etc., so the weapon holding shield is perfect. Assuming it can also be consecrated using 1604, I don't care if it can't do anything else.
